Ordering
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business daysafter payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Where Do You Ship To?
We currently ship within United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Thailand, Europe,Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Please note: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Will I need to pay any tariffs or extra fees for US orders?
US tariffs are already included in our prices. You’ll also see this clearly noted at checkout, and there will be no additional fees required upon delivery.
All duties and tariffs are fully covered by us.
Track your shipping status
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.

Delivery times vary by location:
- Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
- United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping worldwide.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders must be shipped to the provided address.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Returns & Refunds
What Is Your Return Policy?
We accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged during transit or have quality issues. If your order is damaged or has a defect, please contact us with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
